STEP 1: Initial Discovery Call
We start with a non-commital 'Chemistry Call' to ensure we are a good fit. You tell me what you hope to accomplish. I provide you with honest feedback on how I can help, or not.

STEP 2: Design
Using the information collected during discovery I can make a recommendation on designing what team assessments, workshops, performance coaching and consulting services would be appropriate. Together, we determine the implementation based on your priorities and budget.

STEP 3: Develop and Deliver
This is where the work can get intense, but the rewards are felt for years to come. Whether we choose assessments, workshops, coaching or a combination of all three, I will work to ensure the team is a cohesive unit working with one vision.
